Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of autoprom.ca and any services provided by AutoProm ("AutoProm", "we", "us"). By using the website or booking a call, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

AutoProm provides marketing services to epoxy and floor coating businesses, including advertising management, lead follow-up, lead qualification and appointment setting. The specific scope, pricing and terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal, which takes priority over these Terms if they conflict.

No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, offer, sales process and responsiveness. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, sales or revenue.

Advertising costs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for their own advertising spend, which is billed directly by the advertising platform to the client's payment method.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, give us the access needed to deliver the services, respond to leads and appointments in a timely manner, and ensure your own business practices comply with applicable laws.

Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by AutoProm or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Communications

By submitting your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email or text message about your inquiry and our services. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoProm is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
