  • To schedule and hold calls you book with us, and to follow up about our services.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may send messages about your appointment and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example our CRM, scheduling, email, SMS and advertising platforms), under obligations to protect it, or where required by law. Some of these providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law.
